The role
The Supply Chain Manager coordinates strategic sourcing, purchasing, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution to meet service targets.
Leads cross-functional lean-driven projects to deliver significant cost savings and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
Oversees three warehouse operations and ensures SAP data integrity, collaborating with warehousing and CSR to reduce errors and returns.
Drives on-time delivery, optimizes scheduling, and maintains SOPs while supporting capacity planning and asset utilization.
Develops budgets, baseline data, savings calculations, and dashboards; tracks progress and reports to the executive leadership.
Builds supplier partnerships, fosters continuous improvement, and develops talent while balancing service, safety, and cash-flow objectives.
