The role
Partner with Growth teams to understand drivers of the business and accelerate growth through data-driven insights.
Develop both short-term and long-term forecasting models for self-serve segments and key metrics.
Conduct deep-dive analyses and synthesize findings into clear narratives for senior leadership.
Create frameworks to identify patterns and build predictive scoring models of customer behavior.
Empower colleagues by delivering self-service reports and tools that improve metric awareness and decision-making.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product Analysts to design core data models powering metrics and analyses; require 6+ years of experience, SQL and Python or R, and expertise in time series forecasting and ML methods.
