The role
Protect users by identifying and mitigating abuse and adversarial trends at scale.
Analyze intelligence sources to scope problems and design monitoring strategies.
Prototype proactive detection and monitoring solutions to reduce incidents.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Policy, and Operations to implement new anti-abuse strategies.
Deliver actionable recommendations to improve the Trust & Safety ecosystem and automate workflows to scale processes.
Requirements include 4+ years of data experience, SQL, Python or R, familiarity with the ML lifecycle, and experience building or improving ML models; domain experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud, or Investigations is valued.
