The role
The role involves providing expert employment law advice to a high-profile organisation, managing employee relations and employment litigation, and supporting organisational change initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on complex employment issues, collaborating with HR and leadership, and overseeing external legal partnerships. They will also contribute to corporate governance, legislative compliance, and legal risk management activities, and provide legal training and guidance to senior staff.
