The role
Lead the development and application of state-of-the-art generative and multimodal AI models (text, image, video, audio) and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Evaluate trade-offs between open-source approaches and cloud APIs, optimizing for performance and cost efficiency at scale.
Curate large-scale domain datasets, build data pipelines, and collaborate with engineering teams to define robust interfaces and dependencies.
Standardize scalable, highly available systems following MLOps best practices, monitoring, governance, and reliability standards.
Translate model results into actionable insights with visuals and dashboards for business stakeholders; communicate progress clearly.
Maintain ongoing academic engagement through publications, patents, and external collaborations to advance Gen AI capabilities.
