The role
Lead the data science efforts behind planning and optimizing a rental car fleet.
Mentor a 2-3 person team to deliver high-impact solutions.
Develop explainable long-term demand forecasts to drive fleet planning and investment strategies.
Build optimization and simulation models to support data-driven fleet steering decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, product) to bring solutions into production.
