The role
Provide expert legal counsel on state, federal, consumer, and health privacy laws impacting products and services.
Lead and develop a privacy and AI governance program, including policy development and risk management.
Direct and mentor a team of privacy professionals to deliver compliant solutions across marketing, product, engineering, and government affairs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address privacy, data protection, and AI governance in healthcare technology and e-commerce contexts.
Drive strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory readiness, and manage audits and incident response.
Require 12+ years of legal experience with at least 5 years in privacy and 2 years in AI, plus strong leadership and business partnering.
