The role
This position supports a broad practice across Corporate, Criminal Defense, Divorce & Family, Employment & Labor, and Intake in the New York office.
Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, evaluating risks, drafting pleadings and contracts, and managing matter workflows.
Serve as liaison with U.S. and Korea-based teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions.
Prepare and file legal documents, advise on governance and compliance, and represent clients in negotiations and proceedings.
Provide strategic counseling, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to firm publications.
Must be admitted to the New York State Bar with a minimum of three years of relevant U.S. experience.
