HR Business Partner I
Supports HR business needs with a focus on UI administration, No-Fault claims, and Reasonable Accommodation requests. Handles UI claims with NYS Department of Labor, attends hearings, drafts appeals, and conducts wage verifications and audits. Coordinates No-Fault and RA processes, leaves management, and assists with internal recruitment activities and background checks. Maintains HRIS data integrity, runs ad hoc queries, and tracks PARs, PURs, and other personnel actions. Collaborates with HR teams to monitor programs, publish organizational charts, and analyze HR metrics to drive decisions. Supports confidentiality, compliance, and effective communication across client departments while handling multiple priorities.
