The role
A legal professional experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts supporting industrialisation and supply chain strategies will be responsible for creating and negotiating agreements for design, licensing, and confidentiality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks, drafting legal documents and policies, and analysing contractual clauses to identify key legal risks, while providing legal guidance and preparing reports for stakeholders. The role requires strong commercial understanding, excellent drafting skills, and a legal qualification as a Solicitor with the right to work in the UK. Experience in manufacturing or production environments is advantageous, alongside good academic credentials and post-qualification experience. The position involves ensuring legal support for complex supply chain operations and engaging with multiple internal teams for smooth contract execution and dispute resolution.
