Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer

This senior Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer role focuses on supporting Azure and on-premises infrastructure and services. Owns troubleshooting, maintenance, and 3rd-line engineering across the estate with build and support responsibilities. Ensure compliance with information security policies, maintain technical documentation, and drive continual service improvements. Requires strong Azure expertise (Entra ID, App Services, API management, SSO, Logic Apps) and PowerShell scripting. Experience with BC/DR planning, backup technologies (Azure Recovery Services Vault, Site Recovery, AvePoint), and Office 365 (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams). Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or SC-300 are desirable.
