The role
Position: Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and cleaning assets across rail, retail, roadside, and street furniture environments.
Carry out routine maintenance, preventive maintenance (PPMs), and minor repairs; respond promptly to maintenance issues.
Ensure assets and vehicles are stocked with tools, equipment, and documentation; maintain high-quality workmanship on every visit.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, operate within safe systems, and report hazards, accidents, or near misses immediately.
Work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm, on-site in Nottingham with occasional travel as needed.
Maintain records, complete daily worksheets, and adapt to different systems and departments while delivering strong customer service.
