The role
Serve as the primary contact for referrals, clients, and patients in a healthcare setting.
Accept, assist, and process inquiries and referrals, questions, complaints, and service concerns, coordinating with affected offices.
Verify payor information and eligibility, and obtain initial authorization for services.
Maintain accurate activity records, enter new client information, and prepare required reports with strict confidentiality.
This is a full-time, on-site role operating Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to learn agency-specific software and a typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy.
