The role
Design, implement, and maintain robust Salesforce CI/CD pipelines that support multi-tenant environments across agencies.
Manage sandboxes, environments, and version control (Git, branching strategies) while ensuring stable deployments.
Automate deployments, rollback, and release validation workflows with governance integration and CoE practices.
Coordinate sandbox refresh schedules, data seeding, and metadata/package management for multi-agency setups.
Integrate automated unit and regression testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with QA and Solution Architects to build reusable testing frameworks.
Monitor releases with metrics and alerts, provide release readiness documentation, and mentor new DevOps engineers during CoE scaling.
