The role
As a Software Engineer, Growth, you will join the AI product team as a core contributor to growth initiatives.
Design, implement, and optimize data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Plan and run A/B tests and experiments to improve onboarding, feature adoption, and overall product experience.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and data science teams to translate growth opportunities into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
Build tracking and attribution systems to measure user behavior and quantify the impact of growth initiatives.
Contribute to AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems to enhance engagement and long-term value.
