The role
Overview: Deliver AI Copilot features for ArcGIS Pro to streamline GIS workflows.
Responsibilities: Identify core use-cases with users and industry experts; contribute to Copilot design and usability.
Responsibilities (continued): Develop and validate test cases; maintain automated test suites; troubleshoot production issues.
Responsibilities (continued): Collaborate with feature teams to infuse Copilot capabilities across the ArcGIS Platform; stay current with AI advances.
Requirements: 2+ years in Python or C#; AI/ML concepts; experience building training datasets and fine-tuning/training AI models (NLP or vision); Bachelor's degree in GIS, CS, or a related field.
Preferred: NLP/generative models; LangChain or Semantic Kernel; ArcGIS platform familiarity; cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure); UI/UX design; strong collaboration and communication.
