The role
An Investment Banking Associate in London supports the origination and execution of M&A and capital markets activities within the EMEA Financial Institutions Group. The role involves developing financial models, analysing market data, preparing client presentations, and managing transactions from pitch to close. Candidates are expected to have over three years' experience in investment banking with focus on financial institutions, proficient analysis and modelling skills, and excellent communication capabilities. The position requires a team-oriented individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and technological proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The Associate will also mentor junior staff, stay updated on market and regulatory developments, and support strategic client discussions.
