The role
Design and optimize factory layouts, production lines, and workstations to enhance material flow and space utilization.
Perform time studies, process studies, and line balancing to improve productivity and labor efficiency.
Support capacity planning and resource optimization based on production requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, OEE, and operational performance.
Apply Lean tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and 5S; standardize work and document best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, safety, and quality to implement new lines and ergonomic, safe processes.
