The role
A Senior Community Physiotherapist provides specialised therapy within a multidisciplinary team, assessing and treating complex cases, managing a varied caseload, and supporting service development and quality improvement initiatives. The role involves autonomous practice, recording, supervising junior staff, and collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to enhance patient care. Candidates must be registered with the UK Health Professions Council and have current UK professional registration. The position offers full-time, flexible working within a Band 6 pay scale, serving the Eastleigh area. It requires recent community physiotherapy experience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role is based at New Kings Court in Chandlers Ford, with a focus on delivering high-quality rehabilitation in the community.
