The role
Establish customer relationships for construction services and educate clients on the construction process.
Analyze labor, material, and time needs; create accurate sketches and initial scopes.
Deliver consistent initial estimates that meet client requirements and identify constraints or needed upgrades.
Price bid items in coordination with the Project Manager as needed.
Identify finalized project scope and coordinate with external resources (engineers, ITEL, inspectors) to produce thorough estimates.
Assemble organized estimates, communicate results to the Project Manager, and support a fast-paced, on-site environment; travel as required.
