The role
Position: Attorney focusing on liability defense with a hybrid work arrangement in the Dallas/DFW area.
Manage liability claims from pre-suit analysis through active litigation and discovery.
Demonstrate exceptional writing and oral advocacy with 2+ years defending premises liability or similar negligence claims.
Effectively manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team-first environment.
Experience with first-party property coverage disputes, including policy analysis, EUOs, depositions, pleadings, motions, and mediations.
