The role
A Senior Business Analyst is needed to support large-scale business transformation programmes in the Financial Services sector, working primarily in Glasgow. The role involves defining and implementing retention and archive processes, analysing business workflows, and documenting requirements to facilitate project delivery. Candidates should have extensive experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and process mapping, with the ability to work independently in dynamic environments. Technical skills in requirements gathering, process flows, and familiarity with data governance and lifecycle management are essential. The role requires supporting projects from inception through to implementation, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of data migration, compliance, and regulatory frameworks within Financial Services or Insurance is highly advantageous.
