The role
Proactive and detail-oriented Systems and Reporting Analyst responsible for supporting sourcing operations through strategic system administration and data-driven insights.
Own and optimize Coupa, internal PO tools, and benchmarking platforms; resolve issues with Digital teams and suppliers.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials; ensure data integrity across reporting dashboards.
Lead Procure-to-Pay process design, testing, and implementation; monitor spend analysis and compliance with policies.
Create dashboards and reports to track sourcing performance, contracts, and supplier onboarding activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency.
