Key Account Manager
Manage and service a defined portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely order processing and accurate product information. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, interior design, ecommerce, and group store customers through calls, emails, virtual meetings, trade shows, and showroom visits. Collaborate with customers and sales teams to secure new orders and repeat business. Provide product support, answer questions, and resolve issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Coordinate post-trade show follow-ups and assist in assembling and fulfilling orders. Remain adaptable to evolving responsibilities to meet team goals and travel 4-8 weeks per year for events and customer visits.
