The role
A customer service representative position is available in Barlborough within a waste and recycling contact centre. The role involves assisting customers with queries and delivering excellent service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and good attention to detail, with knowledge of Microsoft Office being advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work shifts during weekdays and on Saturdays on a rota basis, supporting an energetic and dedicated team.
