The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-assisted and agentic product development workflows that refine the engineering lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to reduce engineer workload and boost productivity through AI integrations across development, testing, and automation.
Write code and architect solutions that embed AI tools into existing workflows, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Coordinate cross-team efforts to deploy scalable AI capabilities while mentoring engineers and promoting engineering excellence.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-enabled features, including maintenance and operational support.
Balance technical tasks with leadership responsibilities, managing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
