Construction Internship Program

This internship introduces the fundamentals of project management on a residential construction site. Under guidance, you will support the Field Manager and manage tasks with a focus on delivering a quality home. You will participate in scheduling, safety, quality control, and payment tracking to maintain project health. Expect to provide exceptional customer service through routine care appointments and clear communication with buyers. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Design Center to align construction with buyer expectations. Demonstrate proactive problem solving and report issues with proposed resolutions to the Area Construction Manager.
