The role
Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, and internal staff.
Perform engineering calculations and design to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications for public and private projects.
Assist in preparing and performing quality control of plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications.
Provide project-specific technical information to the Project Manager for incorporation into project specifications and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Draft plans using CADD software and conduct site visits to review conditions as needed.
Maintain positive client relationships and represent the firm at meetings, presentations, and public hearings.
