The role
Conduct oil, gas, and energy title examinations and render title opinions.
Perform full title abstracting and ownership preparation to support accurate ownership records.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and quality of title reports.
Advise clients on property rights, ownership issues, and mineral rights related to energy assets.
Draft and review legal documents related to oil and gas titles and provide counsel on title and land ownership concerns.
Requires active JD and licensure in Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Wyoming, or Texas, with proven experience in oil and gas title work.
