The role
Senior ML Engineer with TS/SCI eligibility develops and deploys AI/ML models for naval operational use.
Design, implement, and optimize real-time ML models and algorithms for autonomous, AI-enabled systems supporting distributed maritime operations.
Build cloud-native ML pipelines on AWS/Azure and deploy them in secure environments with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
Preprocess data, engineer features, evaluate models, and translate sensor data into real-time decision triggers.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and mission stakeholders to align ML solutions with operational requirements and cybersecurity standards.
On-site in San Diego; US citizenship required, no dual citizenship; active DoD TS with SCI eligibility highly preferred; shipboard capability.
