The role
Lead deep-dive analyses on customer portfolio trends to identify drivers of revenue and debt.
Develop and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions to enable actionable insights for collections and credit risk decisions.
Collaborate with the Credit Reporting & Insight team and Digital Team to ensure analytics meet business needs and governance standards.
Support the migration to a data lake environment, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and scalable analytics.
Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making across the Income function.
Manage analytics projects, engage stakeholders, and contribute to strategies that reduce bad debt and improve financial resilience.
