The role
Own the ecommerce content strategy and governance to align with business goals and platform requirements.
Write, edit, and optimize PDP copy, SEO metadata, and AEO/GEO content to boost organic visibility and conversions.
Develop scalable content standards, templates, and playbooks for product copy, imagery, brand stores, and digital shelf experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ecommerce, analytics, sales, and marketing to support launches, promotions, and ongoing portfolio optimization.
Analyze performance with Salsify analytics and retailer data to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Provide guidance to content contributors and maintain high-quality, customer-centric content across the ecommerce ecosystem.
