The role
Manage and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to execute policies and drive results.
Lead all day-to-day store operations to maximize sales, service, and profitability.
Oversee merchandising, pricing, promotions, and in-store presentation, collaborating with Merchandising partners.
Administer receiving, transfers, RTVs, debits/damages, and inventory accuracy; act as Manager on Duty.
Handle staffing, onboarding, coaching, payroll budgeting, and scheduling to support a productive team.
Foster clear communication with district and regional teams and ensure SOP compliance and integrity.
