Community Cook/Chef

A part-time community cook is needed to join a friendly team at a café located in Didsbury Park, Manchester. The role involves planning, preparing, and serving quality food whilst adhering to hygiene standards and food safety regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with the café manager and contribute to menu development, stock management, and event catering. The job requires at least two years' experience in an independent food service venue such as a pub, care home, or school. Skills in food preparation, hygiene compliance, and customer service are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A level 3 hygiene certificate is preferred, and training for barista skills will be provided.
