The role
Develop and implement robust legal and compliance procedures to ensure all content meets applicable laws and internal policies.
Design and manage programs to monitor and review content produced by the company across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborate with Content, Product, and Engineering to align on compliance requirements and product enhancements.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a global team of Content Compliance associates across the US, Europe, and Asia, and mentor their growth.
Review expert transcripts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and support policy enforcement with clear guidance.
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve internal and external platforms, and create training materials for Client Services.
