The role
As a Construction Estimator, you will review and evaluate cost estimates and collaborate with trade partners and project teams on current and upcoming projects.
Prepare detailed estimates and purchase orders for all products, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation.
Ensure timely completion of estimates and stay aligned with project scope to bid effectively.
Interpret the scope of work to inform bids and manage bid pricing from multiple vendors.
Perform cost analyses to support budgeting, scheduling, and value optimization.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and reliable partnerships.
