The role
Design and develop ML and deep learning models for high-impact consumer applications, including search retrieval, ranking, and recommendations.
Leverage a broad set of ML technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and prototyping in Python (plus Scala/Java) to build production-ready systems.
Define metrics and run A/B testing (offline and online) to quantify impact and communicate results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and implementation while ensuring scalable, robust solutions.
Analyze large, dynamic data sets using modern big data tools and deliver reusable code with peer reviews.
Requires advanced degree and a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale ML products, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
