The role
Based in Westfield, IN, develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues with responsive, solutions-oriented service.
Utilize strong knowledge of insurance products to explain, quote, and sell policies to cold and warm leads.
