The role
Keystone Knowledge seeks an experienced HR Manager to support a portfolio of education clients, specialising in employee relations, case management, and HR training. The role involves advising on disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance issues, managing casework from advice to outcome, and identifying legal or reputational risks. The HR Manager will develop clear documentation, coach managers, and contribute to workforce projects, working independently with the need to escalate complex matters. This role requires strong communication skills, HR experience within education, and confidence using Microsoft 365 while handling sensitive information. Travel across the UK to client sites will be expected, and experience with restructuring and safeguarding matters is advantageous. The position offers a permanent, full-time, home-based career with flexible hours, professional development, and a collaborative team environment.
