The role
Line1: As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will join a team building real-time, large-scale search systems that power billions of requests daily.
Line2: You will optimize search quality by aligning product goals with modern ML and information retrieval techniques to improve ranking and relevance.
Line3: Contribute to core algorithms and systems for query understanding, result ranking, query recommendation, and reliability.
Line4: Provide technical leadership to steer search strategy, recall and ranking improvements, and reliability, while driving iteration and best practices.
Line5: Mentor teammates, give regular feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Line6: Requirements include a bachelor’s or higher in CS or a related field, 5+ years of experience, and strong coding in C/C++, Python, Java, or Go.
