Seeking a Funds and Investment Management Attorney with 2+ years of post-JD experience in investment management.
This role focuses on structuring and forming private funds and their management companies.
Work spans real estate, infrastructure, and energy sectors on behalf of high-profile sponsors in the United States and internationally.

Transparent management and a strong emphasis on attorney development within a Chicago-based funds team.
AmLaw 200 experience, top law school credentials, and an active Illinois license are required.
