Development Project Manager (Interim)
Deliver multiple new build housing schemes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Act as the client representative and lead the project team for assigned schemes. Own the scheme budgets, manage cashflows, and provide accurate forecasting of key development milestones. Coordinate internally and with external partners to ensure effective service delivery and value for money in procurement. Ensure compliance with planning systems and Building Regulations, and oversee reporting. Handle multiple projects concurrently under pressure in a housing development context.
