The role
Lead data-driven fraud and risk analytics to support strategic business decisions and reduce fraud rates.
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports; translate complex analyses into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Fraud, Risk, Operations, Product, and Engineering to define requirements and deliver high-quality data products on time.
Mentor junior analysts and drive metric development, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest business impact.
Maintain data quality and documentation while adopting new analytics methods, tools, and technologies.
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and influence decision-making across the organization.
