Estimator – Energy & Natural Resources

Turner & Townsend seeks an Estimator with experience in energy or infrastructure sectors to produce detailed, resource-based project estimates and evaluate design changes in the UK. The estimator will work within the client's estimating team, maintaining baseline costs and challenging contractor estimates, reporting to the Regional Estimating Manager. Responsibilities include generating accurate, timely estimates, managing the estimating process, promoting best practices, and supporting departmental goals while staying updated with technical developments. The role requires a qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying, with substantial construction experience, ideally in oil and gas projects, and proficiency in RIB Construction Suite or iTWO. Membership of professional bodies such as RICS or CIOB is preferred, alongside a relevant degree and familiarity with project management and risk analysis.
