The role
Perform routine design of less complex electrical and instrumentation assignments under close supervision.
Assist in developing installation details, motor control center single lines, layouts, diagrams, cable schedules, and control panel configurations.
Ensure compliance with NEC, company CAD standards, and project design criteria; participate in on-site startup activities.
Develop conceptual layouts and cost studies to identify simple, efficient approaches; produce preliminary designs and material take-offs.
Review vendor and discipline drawings, and collaborate with design leaders to resolve issues and ensure smooth information flow.
Communicate clearly with team members, present findings, and support cross-divisional execution under supervision.
