The role
Lead and contribute to translational research projects leveraging large-scale real-world clinical data and multi-omic molecular datasets.
Collaborate with computational scientists, engineers, and data production teams to design, validate, and refine data models and analytic workflows for research use.
Evaluate and integrate omics datasets within the data platform, ensuring robust data curation and reproducibility.
Define and document best practices to ensure analytical rigor and repeatable scientific analyses.
Communicate complex bioinformatics methods, results, and insights clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and drive actionable translational research.
