The role
The HRIS & Integrations Specialist supports a global organisation by enhancing the HR platform, ensuring accurate employee data, and managing system integrations. The role involves driving continuous improvement of HR systems, especially HiBob, and developing integrations with payroll and identity management solutions. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver projects, troubleshoot system issues, and promote best practices in HR data management. A strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes, APIs, and integration frameworks is essential. The role requires a hands-on approach to technical challenges and effective stakeholder communication in a dynamic environment.
