The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ML-powered features using advanced LLMs, knowledge graphs, and personalization to improve product experiences.
Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to train, deploy, and manage the lifecycle of diverse ML models at scale.
Drive continuous improvements with a focus on quality, security, scalability, and measurable impact on customer outcomes.
Own the ML development lifecycle, including sprint planning, reviews, testing, monitoring, and iteration based on feedback.
Build production-grade services to host models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), ensuring reliability, observability, and governance.
Mentor and lead ML engineering teammates, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and a product-minded approach to AI-enabled solutions.
