The role
Lead a team of analysts and researchers to shape recruiting analytics and insights strategies across the organization.
Partner with recruiting leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
Develop recruiting data perspectives including metrics, visuals, dashboards, and actionable insights used across the company.
Translate complex analyses and research into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with recruitment objectives.
Build and execute a multi-year roadmap for recruiting analytics, evolving from reactive reporting to predictive and proactive insights.
Collaborate with data engineering, HR, finance, and workforce planning to ensure data quality, insight integrity, and decision effectiveness.
