Build core ML systems that power a proactive, long-horizon AI product across conversations, tools, and time.
Own end-to-end work: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration.
Turn research ideas into production-ready systems that run reliably under real-world constraints.
Diagnose and fix model and system failures using production signals; iterate quickly with measured outcomes.
Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering to deliver tangible user impact.
Mentor peers and uphold production-quality code, latency, cost, reliability, and safety in all work.
